Our Marketing Strategy

1. By Advertising Customer Contests: Encourage a word-of-mouth advertising for customer contests with rewarding prizes. These prizes could be a linking of our pharmacy and laundry to conosil. For example, we can give free coupon/ offers like buying 20litres of PMS and get 2 shits watch for free or get free sugar test for free.

2. Customer Rewards/Loyalty Program: Customer reward/loyalty programs are a great way to promote our company and get more repeat business from people who visit our office all the time. Whether we are offering discounts of free items, rewards should be substantial enough to be appreciated by our customers. We should always give a reasonable incentive.

3. Attendant Intelligence: We need to make sure we are giving quality service. Our attendants need to be humble, intelligent and responsible.

4. Customer’s Feedback: We need a phone for customer enquiry, advice or complains lodgment

5. Rely/ Visual Appeal: If our gas station wok awful, people won’t want to stop in to fill up or buy any supplies. We need to invest in both indoor designs and outdoor layout. The fresher and more inventive our approach, the more our gas station will stand out from our dozens nearby competitors.

6. Attendant’s Availability: Our staffs must be mounted to their various pumps. If pump is not filled with attendants, some customers may not branch the filling station to fill up their tank. They may think that we don’t open or we don’t have product to sell.
